Direction A: Timeline
Each hub is one calm column: a header, a row of action chips and a big activity timeline of everything linked to that person or home.
Direction B: Cards and tabs
Each hub opens with a header card and key actions, then tabbed panels for viewings, offers, compliance, money and notes.
Direction C: Command
A list on the left, the record on the right, and a ⌘K quick bar that books, notes and finds anything from the keyboard.
